Intro to Intend - Our Team & Mission

If you are new to Intend (maybe you found us on TikTok or Instagram?), here is a little intro to our company and what we do :)

Our company was preceded by our partner company, AsiaWest which focuses primarily on Asian egg donations. For almost a decade, we have been working closely with egg donors to help intended families achieve their family-building dreams. We carefully screen all of our donor candidates and take the time to get to know our donors so that successful matches can be made.

We are a high touch agency, and pride ourselves on prompt communication and transparency. Our experienced and friendly team will make the experience of building a family what it should be – a positive, warm, and transparent process.

Our Team

Full bios and photos of our staff can be found on our about us page, but our core team consists of Michael, Delcie, Cassidy, Lindsey B., Lindsey R., Kendall, and Evan.  We all have our own specialties, but we work together to ensure that our clients are getting the best experience possible.  Egg donation can be complicated and tricky to navigate, but our job is to make sure this process is as smooth, clear, and stress-free for you as it can be!

Michael is our Executive Director - he does a bit of everything, and works with the whole team to make sure everything is running the best that it can.  Michael also works at our parent company Northwest Surrogacy Center, and meets with clients of both Intend & NWSC.

Delcie and Cassidy are our Donor Coordinators - they work with our potential egg donor candidates.  Their main job is to process our donor applications and walk potential donors through the eligibility, application, and screening process. Delcie & Cassidy handle pretty much everything up until the donor is matched with a family, including periodic check-ins and profile updates.  They are great at answering any and all questions you might have about becoming an egg donor; both of them have been through this process many times, and know what you need to feel comfortable and safe.

Kendall is our Client Development Manager - she works on the intended parent side. Kendall meets with our intended parent clients, discussing their needs and wants for a donor, and then finding the perfect donor to match them with. Kendall also works with egg donors to make sure the match is suitable on both sides, and checks in with donors once they have completed their retrieval.

Lindsey R. and Lindsey B. are our Case Managers - they work with the donor & intended family from the beginning of the match all the way through retrieval. The Case Managers liaise between all parties and the clinic, ensuring that appointments are booked, scheduling travel, and making sure the process moves forward. They also help coordinate between everyone and the attorneys while contracts are being signed. Lindsey & Lindsey are both truly amazing at their jobs and really make you feel taken care of from beginning to end.

Evan is our Marketing Coordinator - she runs the Intend social media pages, blog, and ads. Having dabbled in a bit of everything at the company, Evan also helps cover Donor Coordination and Client Development Management when needed.
